Janet L. MacLean - Principal/Founder

Janet L. MacLean has decades of event marketing and marketing communication experience, which is the foundation of the JMAC Partners LLC organization in creating memorable, successful events and marketing programs. Janet has led teams to provide top-notch client service with a strong attention to detail for a variety of industries.

She is a champion innovator of unique and standard events ranging from private celebrity dinners; numerous global, multi-day corporate sponsorship programs; high-profile client relationship and branding programs, including some with former Olympic Ski Champions; tradeshows; national awareness campaigns and community relation activities; fund raising and charitable initiatives; themed holiday productions for over 10,000+ guests; and unique destination-based personal celebrations.

Prior to founding JMAC Partners LLC, Janet was Vice President of Corporate Communications and Event Marketing at Fidelity Investments. She and her team of professionals managed over 300 events annually and saved the firm millions. Prior to this experience, she had also managed a plethora of marketing initiatives and events for high profile organizations – targeting business-to-business and business-to-consumer audiences.

Janet has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI. She has been a volunteer for local humane societies and she was a volunteer for the American Ireland Fund (Boston) where she achieved recognition for raising the most corporate donations for the Annual Gala Event.
